The mission for our dedicated Veterans Affairs Community is building fellowship under the leadership and guidance of our CEO Col. Douglas Macgregor.
• To provide a place for Veterans to come together, connect with one another, stay informed, and engage in activities in our local communities.
• United as one.
• Our goal is to be the core of the virtuous.
• United together through fellowship under a unified code of honor.
• To be the leaders of excellence in our communities and our own individual lives.
Through building relationships with our family of members, we will be united together through fellowship and our common values.

Leadership will develop connections to local communities across the United States:
- Create opportunities for our Veteran members to meet with other local Veterans,
- attend a local gatherings and churches,
- and set up community service opportunities with partner non-profit organizations,
- Centered in neighborhoods near you.
The OCOC community of Veterans will be empowered to connect online through like minded interests

The Director of Veterans Affairs, William Balla, joined the United States Navy following the events of 9/11. From 2003-2007 he served as a Minesweeper, Aviation Boatswainsmate, and was requested TAD to assist the captain of the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman with Security Force and again on selection to represent the U.S. All-Navy Baseball team.
